why this name?

I once had a discussion with my thesis advisor where he mentioned how he thought phase-field was a dying field and he said, “Fuck Phasefield!”. I registered the domain that day (becase why not?) and now I use this space to showcase phase-field simulations of things I am working on.

The plan is to eventually get from “Fuck Phasefield!” to “Fuck! Phasefield”

All of these simulations/images on this site were generated by me. The code used could be found hosted here. This site is also partly inspired by FYFD.
